I'm writing to ask if anyone from your collective is available to meet with myself and Hayley Skipper, the Arts officer for Grizedale Forest. Hayley has seen images of The Root and would like to discuss the possibility of taking this artwork to Tatton Park near Manchester as part of an annual outdoor event put on by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) later this month.
Hayley is only available in London on Thursday afternoon this week so we need to know urgently if you are available to meet with us. We can come towards Peckham if this is easier for you. Don't worry - she knows the artwork is in sections and she doesn't need to see it, she just wants to meet you and talk through the project.
I think this is a really fantastic opportunity, the park and the annual RHS event are really popular, so if there's any way you are free to meet us do let us know.'
